HOTEL – SPOORWEG MUSEUM
Early in the morning at 10 am you will be picked up at the hotel or by appointmen, then from the hotel departure to the Spoorweg Museum.
Welcome to the Spoorweg Museum. This old train station has been converted into a museum. The museum was established in 1954 and has various types of trains. You will see trains here that are more than 100 years old. The trains, steaming locomotives and diesel are all very antique.
You can take a walk in the museum and make use of the attractions.
After this we will continue our journey to Castle De Haar. The journey from the Spoorweg Museum to Castle De Haar takes about 30 minutes by car.
SPOORWEG MUSEUM – KASTEEL DE HAAR
Welcome in Castle De Haar.
Historically, this fairytale castle has been completely restored and partly rebuilt in the late 19th century. The Castle De Haar is the most famous castle in the Netherlands. Where the gardens around the castle cover about 135 hectares.
During the tour at the castle, you will be introduced to the king’s and queen’s rooms by a local guide and discover more about the history of the Castle de Haar.
When you’ve finished exploring the castle, you can take photos at the park. Then the journey continues to Utrecht.
KASTEEL DE HAAR – SCOOTER TOUR IN UTRECHT CITY
Welcome in Utrecht.
Utrecht is a large city (the thirth largest city) in the Netherlands where many students live. It is similar to Yogyakarta in Indonesia.
You will be touring the city on a motorcycle (scooter) and will see the canals and the Domplein, the square of the Dom Tower.
The Dom Tower is the tallest (church) tower in the Netherlands (about 120 meters high) and the tallest building of Utrecht province. The mayor does not allow architects to design buildings that are taller than the Dom tower.
After the Scooter tour we return to your hotel. Take a rest.
